შესავალი — შპს „Aigent" („ჩვენ", „კომპანია" ან „Nutriman") პატივს სცემს თქვენს პირად სივრცეს და უზრუნველყოფს თქვენი პერსონალური მონაცემების დაცვას. წინამდებარე კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკა განმარტავს, თუ როგორ ვაგროვებთ, ვიყენებთ და ვიცავთ თქვენს მონაცემებს Nutriman-ის სერვისით სარგებლობისას.
1. რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ
იმისათვის, რომ Nutriman-მა (AI ნუტრიციოლოგმა) შეძლოს თქვენთვის ინდივიდუალური და ეფექტური კვების რაციონის შედგენა, ჩვენ ვაგროვებთ შემდეგ მონაცემებს:
- საკონტაქტო და საიდენტიფიკაციო ინფორმაცია: სახელი, გვარი, ტელეფონის ნომერი, ელფოსტის მისამართი.
- ფიზიკური და ჯანმრთელობის მონაცემები: ასაკი, წონა, სიმაღლე, არსებული ალერგიები და ჯანმრთელობის ზოგადი მდგომარეობა (მხოლოდ ის ინფორმაცია, რასაც თავად გვაწვდით კვების რაციონის მოსარგებად).
- კომუნიკაციის ისტორია: Telegram ჩატის ისტორია AI აგენტთან.
2. მონაცემთა შენახვა და უსაფრთხოება
თქვენი მონაცემები ინახება უსაფრთხოდ Hostinger-ის სერვერებზე არსებულ PostgreSQL მონაცემთა ბაზაში, საერთაშორისო უსაფრთხოების სტანდარტების დაცვით.
- ფოტოების კონფიდენციალურობა: კერძების ფოტოები, რომლებსაც უგზავნით Nutriman-ს კალორიების დასათვლელად, არ ინახება ჩვენს სერვერებზე. ისინი მუშავდება რეალურ დროში და დაუყოვნებლივ იშლება.
- გადახდის დეტალები: ჩვენ არ ვინახავთ თქვენი საბანკო ბარათის მონაცემებს. გადახდები სრულდება მესამე მხარის ლიცენზირებული პროვაიდერის (Flit) დაცული სისტემის გავლით.
3. მონაცემთა წაშლის უფლება
თქვენ ნებისმიერ დროს გაქვთ უფლება მოითხოვოთ თქვენი პროფილისა და მონაცემების წაშლა.
- ანგარიშის წაშლისას, ჩვენს ბაზაში სრულად ნადგურდება თქვენი ფიზიკური/ჯანმრთელობის მონაცემები და ჩატის ისტორია.
- კომპანია იტოვებს უფლებას, მარკეტინგული მიზნებისთვის და კომუნიკაციისთვის შეინახოს მხოლოდ თქვენი სახელი, გვარი, ტელეფონის ნომერი და ელფოსტა.

Introduction — LLC Aigent ("we", "Company", or "Nutriman") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Nutriman service.
1. Data We Collect
To allow Nutriman (your AI nutritionist) to create a personalized and effective meal plan for you, we collect the following data:
- Contact and Identity Information: First name, last name, phone number, and email address.
- Physical and Health Data: Age, weight, height, existing allergies, and general health conditions (only the information you voluntarily provide to tailor your meal plan).
- Communication History: Your Telegram chat history with the AI agent.
2. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Hostinger servers, in compliance with international security standards.
- Photo Privacy: The photos of meals you send to Nutriman for calorie counting are not stored on our servers. They are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after the calculation is complete.
- Payment Details: We do not store your credit/debit card information. All payments are securely processed through a licensed third-party payment provider (Flit).
3. Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your profile and data at any time.
- Upon account deletion, all your physical/health data and chat history will be permanently destroyed from our database.
- The Company reserves the right to retain only your first name, last name, phone number, and email address strictly for marketing and communication purposes.
